Well I have finally completed the quest, I now have all of the Iron Maiden studio cd's! Got the last two that I needed (No Prayer for the Dying and Seventh Son) on Ebay this past week and only had to lay down $15.25 for both! Now there are two live cd's that I must aquire to have all the Iron Maiden metally goodness that I want. I need to get another copy of Live After Death, which I think is the best Live metal album ever, and Live at Donnington. I think this will be at least the 3rd copy of After Death that I have purchased, but I have never owned Donnington.
I used to use Live After Death as my lullaby music to go to sleep too, looking forward to trying that out again! I do have the DVD, which is awesome but I don't have a way to get good sound through my dvd player.
On to other Metal news:
That Metal Show is back! The first episode of season three aired this past Saturday night with special guests Anvil! It was a live show from the Hard Rock in New York. At the end of the show Anvil played two songs and if you go to VH1 Classic website you can watch the entire show with extended concert footage. Looks like this will be another great season, make sure you tune in! Why VH1 doesn't just make this a regular weekly show and not have "seasons" I dont understand, probably has to do with the availability of the hosts.
